MINCED PARSLEY
Minced parsley is often required for various dishes, and when only a small quantity is needed it seems hardly worth while to use the chopping board and the mincer. If the oven is hot parsloy may quickly bo prepared in the following' way. Wash and dry as many sprigs as desired, place them on a plate or on a sheet of white paper, and heat them in the oven for a minute or so. The parsley will then bo brittle and may be rubbed into fine particles without any trouble.
