WELSH GUARDS INSPECTED (Received March 7, 7.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, March 6 The Prince of Wales flew in rainy weather from London to Caterham and back to make his annual inspection of the Welsh Guards, of which he is Colonel.
