MANUKAU CLUB'S EVENTS DECLARATION OF HANDICAPS The Manukau Amateur Cycling Club will conduct its second meeting of the season at the Western. Springs Stadium banked track this evening, commencing at eight o'clock. Three scratch races appear on the programme, a tahdem-paced mile, a five-miler with lap prizes, and the club's junior two laps' sprint championship'.
