MATCH AT HELENSVILLE HOME TEAM SUCCESSFUL The Kaipara Tennis Association team played a match against players from the Auckland Tennis Club on the Helensville Club courts on Saturday. Kaipara representatives won by 8 sets to 5. The visitors were later entertained, and after dinner dancing was enjoyed by all present. WAIPA WEST COMPETITION Playing in the final round of the Waipa West Shield competition at Koromatua on Saturday, the Ohaupo A team was defeated by 120 games to 113, the 6ets being 12 all. This is the first time Ohaupo A has been defeated for over five years.
