The Waimea arrived at Gisborne yesterday morning and sailed later in the day for Napier. The Waipiata will leave Bluff to-day for Dunedin, Timaru, Lyttelton, Picton, Wellington and Auckland. The Waimarinn will sail at four o'clock this afternoon for Wellington, •Lyttelton, JL)unedin, Bluff. Oamaru, Timaru and Picton. The Port Waikato will sail thia afternoon for Australia after undergoing tier annual overhaul and survey. She will load in Australia for New Zealand, but her ports of loading have not yet been determined. MATAKANA FROM LIVERPOOL The Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Matakana, which left Liverpool on January lli. is due at daylight, to-morrow morning. She will later proceed to Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff to complete discharge. MONOWAI SAILED The Monowai sailed yesterday afternoon for Sydney and Melbourne. She carried '2Ol passengers. The vessel is due at Sydney on Sunday and after visiting Melbourne will sail from Sydney for Wellington on March 2. TOURIST LINER FRANC,'ONIA The Cunard liner Franconia will resume her world cruise at 7 p.m. on Saturday, when she will sail for Wellington. She will arrive at Wellington on Monday morning and sail again for Sydney the same even- j ing. j MELBOURNE MARU AT BRISBANE ' The Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering \ Company, Limited, have received advice that the Melbourne Maru arrived at Brisbane on Wednesday and will sail from Hobart on March 2 for Auckland. She is due here on March 6. THE MIDDLESEX The Federal Line steamer Middlesex is due at Auckland from Glasgow on March 5 to commence loading for New York, Halifax and London. Her other loading ports will be Gisborne, Napier, Lyttelton and Wellington, and she will sail finally on March 24. NOGOYA TO SAIL The Shaw, Savill and Albion chartered steamer Nogoya, which has been loadi n;; at Queen's will sail at daybreak tomoirow for Southampton and London, via Cape Horn and Montevideo. She is d.i>; at Southampton on April 9. OPAWA TO LOAD The Opawa is expected to leave New Plymouth to-day for Auckland to continue loading for London and West Coast :;:ortß of the United Kingdom. MAGDALENE VINNEN'S MOVEMENTS The German barque Magdalene Vinnen went into dock yesterday morning to have her hull cleaned and painted. MONTEREY FROM LOS ANGELES The Monterey is due from Los Angeles at seven o'clock this morning and will beith at Queen's Wharf. She will resume her journey to Sydney and Melbourne at five o'clock this evening, arriving at Sydney on Monday. THE PORT ALMA The Commonwealth and Dominion Line motor-ship Port Alma is <lue at Auckland on Wednesday next with cargo from New York.
