BIG-GAME FISH

AUSTRALIAN WATERS INVASION OF BLACK MARLIN SYDNEY, Feb. 15 Mr. C. Lyne, a member of one of the e'eep-sea fishing expeditions operating from Montague Island, landed a black uarlin swordfish weighing 2001b. after a two hours' fight. Marlin swordfish were also sighted near Jervis Bay. This indicates an invasion of big-game fish. They have been reported from Narooma and elsewhere, and are now extending along the coast.
