RACEHORSE METALLURGY
A CLAIM DISMISSED ALLEGED PARTNERSHIP MELBOURNE, Feb. 15 Richard Xeylon's claim in connection with the racehorse Metallurgy was dismissed to-day by the Banco Court. Mr. Justice Gavan Duffy said that much of the evidence oil both sides was unsatisfactory. Xeylon sought an injunction to prevent Henry King from selling Metallurgy. which Xeylon claimed was subject to a partnership arrangement with King. ______________
