GENERAL DISMISSED
RISING IN SPAIN TWELVE YEARS IN GAOL MADRID. Feb. 14 General Manuel Gonzalez has been dismissed from the Spanish Army and sentenced to 12 years and one day's imprisonment in a military prison for his negligence in allowing the San Jurjo rising in 19-S2, when he commanded tho Seville forces. Six subordinate officers were sentenced to various terms in gaol.
