CZECH CABINET RESIGNS LEADER FORMS NEW ONE (Received February 15. 5.5 p.m.) PRAGUE. Feb. 14 The Czecho-Slovakian Coalition Government has resigned. The National Democrats, who disapproved of the devaluation policy, have formed a new Cabinet under M. .J. Malypetre. ex-Premier. The Ministers include Dr. Kduard Benes.
