GOOD COLLECTION TO DATE [I'ROM OCR OWN CORRESPONDENT j TAURANGA, Thursday Of the £7868 in rates struck by the Taurattga Borough Council, £7531 had been collected up to yesterday. This is equal to 95.71 per .cent, compared with 95.37 per cent last year. The town clerk, Mr. 1' 13. Shearman, reported to the council last evening that further considerable payments were expected by March 31.
