LIQUOR SMUGGLERS

/ • OCCUPATION CHANGED LEGAL CHANNELS NOW OPEN (deceived January 17. 5.5 p?tn.) WASHINGTON. Jan. 16 The crews of "Rum Row" vessels, which have lurked off the north-eastern endeavouring to land liquor, are hurrying to-night toward British Honduras and other foreign ports. Their action is the result of information that shipments may be legally made to the United States, under a recent regulation permitting unlimited imports of the/American type of bottled liquor and all types of bulk liquor for blending, at Belize and othor ports where smugglers may unload their wares. The liquor will be consigned to the United/ States through legitimate channels. Officials believe that the smuggling problem has virtually been solved. /
