INCREASE IN BRITAIN British Wireless RUGBY. Jan. H The gross amount received in Britain from motor licences last year amounted to £29,201,000, compared with £28,411,000 for the previous 12 months. The number of motor vehicles licensed, exclusive of tramcars and trade licences, totalled 2,011,800, compared \?ith 1,926,700 for the year before. The cars registered for the first time last year showed a considerable increase over the number for 1932.
