CLEVER CORNER FITMENTS

A FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE Modern furniture, being designed without curves, is apt to look stiff, but the lines are carefully studied to give the utmost comfort and the upholstery is most luxurious. All that is needed then is a little care in arranging the pieces, so that the room looks as if it is constantly "lived in," and thereby achieves a friendly atmosphere.

The illustration shows a charminglyarranged nook, with a modern corner cabinet fitted with an electric fire in the door. Book-shelves on either side, on a level with the arms of two large easy chairs, combine to make a really comfortable corner on modern lines.
