She pleaded not guilty and was remanded on bail until January 18. .Tho police said many stolon articles of clothing were found in' accused's possession. Some wore in trunks and packing cases., in the luggage van of tho train that left for Dunedin this morning, and tho police could not get at them. Inquiries would bavo to bo made at tho other end before tho case could be proceeded with.
