RAINFALL BELOW AVERAGE ELEVEN MONTHS COMPARED Although the rainfall last month was below the average for November, there was more rain and less sunshine than in the corresponding month last year. Rain fell on 14 days, the total fall for the month being 2.48 in., while the maximum, on November 4, was .92in. This year there has been slightly more rain than in the first 11 months of last year, but less than in the corresponding periods of the previous two years.
