WOMAN ON MOUNT COOK [BY TELEGItAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] 'IIMARU, Thursday Accompanied by Guides Bowie and Souter, Miss Lilian Familton, .of Oamaru, made transverse of the three peaks of Mcyirit Cook in 17 hours. Good weather was experienced. Miss Familton is believed to be the first woman to make the trip from the Hooker Glacier on th§ west side to the Tasman Glacier side.
