NEW SOUTH WALES STATE SYDNEY, Nov. 4 The Premier of New South Wales, Mr. B. S. Stevens, announced in Melbourne to-day that his Government will not reimpose the State flour tax after the date of its expiry, December 31. It is understood that this decision is due to the probable imposition of a Federal tax of £6 a ton on flour to assist wheat growers. 1
