PRICE SLIGHTLY HIGHER (Received November' 5, 5.5 p.m.) British Wireless JIUGBY, Nov. 4 An increase of one penny a gallon in the price of all grades of motor spirit was imposed by the petrol distribution companies in Britain yesterday.
