DISTRAINING OF GOODS [BV TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] NAPIER, Saturday In a reserved judgment this morning Mr. Justice Ostler sustained the right of a landlord to distrain goods, in spite of the fact that 0t registered debenture had been issued to other creditors.
