MUSSOLINI'S DICTUM ADDRESS TO JOURNALISTS ROME, Nov. 2 The Prime Minister of Italy, Signor Mussolini, gave a reception to-day to tho National Council of Italian Journalists in tho Palazzo Venezia. Speaking as a working journalist, tho Duco said Fascism needed militant journalism from tho leading article to tho trade advertisements. " Your newspaper must serve tho cause. Petty polemics aro dead," and Signor Mussolini. " The reporting of sensational crime is dead. The pnnorama is too vast for that. Give up hyperbole; be concise."
