EXTRACTION OF OIL FACTORY BEING BUILT LONDON, Nov. 2 "There is enough shale in Dorset to supply the oil and petrol needs of Britain," declaros Dr. M. Marconi, who is establishing a shale oil factory at Sutton Poyntz. Dr. Marconi claims to have invented a secret process for cheaply extracting oil from shale.
