GRAVE CASUALTY LIST GENERAL STRIKE ABANDONED (Received November 3. 8.35 p.m.) JERUSALEM. Nov 2 The Arabs have called off the general strike. The casualties after the week's disturbances are: One native constable and 23 civilians killed, 27 British and native constables and 127 civilians in hospital. The arrests total 53, comprising Arab pnd Jewish Communists.
