SECRETARY APPOINTED fnv TET.EGRAI'H —PRKSS ASSOCIATION] PALMERSTON NORTH, Friday Mr. F. C. Perry, clerk to the Waitomo County Council, has been appointed New Zealand secretary to the Mission to Lepers in succession to tlio Kev. F. A. Crawshaw, of Palmtrston North, who leaves for Australia shortly. Mr. Perry is president of the County Clerks' Association.
