SHOPKEEPER FINED £2 An allegation that she had sold milk containing less than 3J per cent of milk fat was made against Olivo Morean, a shopkeeper (Mr. A. Moody), in tho Magistrate's Court yesterday. Defendant pleaded guilty. Evidence was given by Mr. N. F. Furncss, an inspector of tho Health Department, that defendant had neglected to- stir milk sold in her shop in the city, with tho result that some of the milk was deficient in fat. There was 110 suggestion of adulteration. The magistrate. Mr. F. Iv. Hunt, imposed a fine of £2 and costs.
