PRACTICE TO BE STOPPED DECISION IN BRITAIN (Received November 2, 0.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Nov. 1 The Tobacco Trade Association, which represents the manufacturers and distributing organisations of the trade in tho United Kingdom, announces that, it has been decided by all sections of the association that the issue by manufacturers of coupons, certificates, vouchers, miniature cards, packets, or similar things, which have an exchangeable value, will bo discontinued after December 3.
