Nov. 1 A further sign of trade revival i> afforded iti the shipping movements at United Kingdom ports during September. Ibe Board of Trade statistics show that the net tonnage of vessels in the foreign trade which arrived in that month with, cargo increased 9.4 per cent compared with tho corresponding month last year. Departures with cargo were of 3.G per cent greater tonnage. In the third quarter of 1983 foreign trade showed an increase of 4.5 per cent in cargo entrances and about 3 per cent in cargo clearances, compared *'ith the September quarter, 1932.
