RETURN FROM AUSTRALIA [by TELEGRAPH —PRESS- ASSOCIATION] • WELLINGTON, Thursday The Greymouth professional middleweight boxer, Harry Lister, passed through Wellington to-day on his return homo after spending about 18 months in Australia. Lister said he had 25 boUts in Australia, winning 21 and drawing in another. Ho had defeated Johnny Condon, Victorian middle-weight champion. Lister said he did not know a great deal about the amateurs, but while in Brisbano ho had sparred with L. Cook, who beat 11. Purdie, New Zealand's Olympic representative in the boxing tests On Wednesday night. He met tho New Zealand v team before leaving Brisbane and had expected them to do better against the Australians than the first night's results indicated.
