REVIEW BY EMPEROR GALA DAY IN YOKOHAMA (Received August 25, 11.85 p.m.) TOKIO, Aug. 25 The city of Yokohama, gay with bunting in brilliant sunshine, was thronged by 500,000 people yesterday, when the Emperor, from tho flagship Hiei, reviewed tho Navy. In ail 161 ships wcro drawn up in seveu lines and extended four miles off shore, while 180 aeroplanes were used in evolutions overhead.

There was no special incident. Tho fleet was illuminated in the evening.
