BANKRUPT SHOWMAN
LOSS ON HIS PROPERTY [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] CHRISTCHURCH, Tuesday A deficiency of £5280 was shown by Robert Brims, a bankrupt showman, when ho met his creditors to-day. His most recent venture was conducting fish ponds at Opawa, where a skating rink had been laid down. Brims said tho cause of his bankruptcy was a drop in land values affecting tho property which ho owned round tho city. Tho estato was left in the hands of tho official assignee.
