WAGES CUTS

Sir, —May I suggest to your correspondent "F.H." that there is no other solution of our troubles but restoration of wages. Things will not he bettered until the workers have more spending power. Tho minority who have the money cannot keep things going. The majority, tho workers, are the only ones who can do that. Higher wages for tlieni mean prosperous businesses. Then there will not be the cry of too much production. Tho whole trouble is under-consumption. A Fakmeu's Wife.
