NOTABLE WEDDING

As a tribute to the bride masses of roses, scarlet and pink, yellow and white, formed the background for the village wedding of Lord Warwick and Miss Rose Bingham, which took place in tho Church of Glvnde, near Lewes, Sussex. The scent of the roses filled the tiny church. Miss Bingham, who was given away by her uncle, Lieutenant-Colonel Ralph Bingham, wore a gown of rose-petal white satin, with a long tulle-edged train of tho same material. A narrow wreath of orange blossoms held her lace and tulle veil in place, and she carried a bouquet of white roses. Her only ornament was an exquisite pearl necklace—tho gift of tho bridegroom. Her train was carried by her little half-sister, Miss Patience Brand, and Master Simon Eden, a second cousin of the bridegroom. Tho little pageboy wore rosered satin trousers with a white frilled shirt. His companion and the seven older bridesmaids wore frocks of white muslin with rose-red sashes and crystal wreath head-dresses. They carried bouquets of red cottage roses. , Tho service was conducted by the Rev. W. Hilton-Wright, vicar of Glynde, assisted by tho -Rov. A. D. Henwood, vicar of St. Mary's, Warwick, and tho Rev. H. A. Haydcn, vicar of St. Nicholas, Warwick.
