TAURANGA HIGH SCHOOL [from our own correspondent] TAURANGA. Wednesday The question of establishing a full course in agriculture h.:s been engaging tho attention of the Tauranga District High School Committee for the past nine months, and tho scheme has progressed to tho stage that it has been approved by tho Auckland Education Board. The education reserve of eight acres near the Public Domaiif will be utilised in connection with tho scheme, and it is proposed to appoint to tho staff someone possessing tho degree of Bachelor of Agriculture or its equivalent. As soon as tho Education Board makes this special appointment the school committee will take steps to establish tho full course.
