Another NIKAU Recipe! APPLES AND BACON. After cooking sufficient rashers of Nikau . Bacon, add more bacon fat to pan, and, when boiling, Blip in apple rings, prepared 4 by coring, peeling and slicing into rings about half-an-inch thick. The apples will take less than five minutes to cook. Pile on bacon and dust with a little fine sugar.
