CAREFUL SCOTSMAN
An Aberdonian had £3O. He was determined not to lose it, and so lie put the money in a pocket-book, locked the pocket-book up in an attache case, and double-locked the attache case in a cupboard. The keys of the attache case and the cupboard he then locked in a writing-desk. Finally he concealed the key of the desk in the kitchen. But a brother Aberdonian, Peter Stephen Gray, a pedlar, found out from his friend where the money was hidden and stole it. Ho was ordered to spend four months in prison.
