LEGACY FOR DOG PET

Connected with the will of the late Mr. Francis J. Collins, of Camberwell, is a pathetic little tragedy. For years Mr. Collins, who was old and stono deaf, had as his pole companion a little black and tan terrier. Ho thought so much of his little friend that he made a will setting aside 5s a week so that she might be looked after. The terrier died at the age of 15 years, and Mr. Collins, broken-hearted by his loss, passed away a few months later. His will, in which he disposed of estate worth £12,854, still included the provision he had made for his old pet.
