Many of the coiffures at the Arabian Nights Ball were very beautiful, and not a few of them, the subject of very favourable comment, reflected the artistry of Mrs. Binns' Toilet Salon, Strand Arcade. Permanent waves wore perhaps the most popular, and were a fair miule to the excellent work of Mrs. Binns' salon. Just imagine, shingled heads are permanently waved there from a guinea.—Advt.
