ACTIVITY OF GEYSERS

During the past few days there has been a decided increase in thermal activity at Whakarewarewa. The Waikite and Waikokohi geysers have been giving some fine displays, the shots of boiling water from Waikite at times reaching a height of approximately 50 feet.
