DEATH OF INFANT
ACCIDENTALLY SUFFOCATED [ny telegraph—own corrßsi'onoext] DARGAVILLE. Wednesday An inquest was held by the district coroner, Mr. J. A. .McLean, at Mata-j kohe, into the death of the infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Harding, of Matakolie, who was found dead in bed early on Monday morning. Iho child, who was eight weeks old, wai in her regular good health when put to bed thfi night before. The. coroner's verdict was that th" baby had turned over in its sleep <iu4 had accidentally become suffocated.
