Bruce, was not informing them of the inside ■working of the Economic Con f crcn co, loan developments and other matters of importance to Australia, was expressed by tho .Agonts-Gonoral to-day« Tho matter was discussed at a meeting held in the office of the Agent-Gen-eral for South Australia, Mr. L. L. Hill. , One speaker wanted to know what the Agents-General were in London for, and added that if Mr. Bruce con\ tinned to "ride tho high horse" and® treat the* Agents-General. lik<v schoolchildren, they might as well spend their time drinking tea and eating cakes, or return to Australia. The speaker concluded: —"State representation at present is a farce, as Mr. Bruce tries to do everything himself, and keens iis. completely in tho dark." The meeting agreed , to ask Mr. Bruce,to extend greater recognition ot the Agents-General.
