NEW ZEALAND'S PROBLEM PROCEEDS NOT ENOUGH LONDON. July 26 In his speech at Spitalfields to-day Mr. It. Masters remarked-that having disclosed the facts ho had about quotas he felt in good form to meet the Minister of Agriculture, Major Elliot, to discuss them. (Laughter.) • /Sir Thomas Wilford pointed out that whereas Now Zealand in 1929 was ablo to pay her interest bill to Britain witb the proceeds from her .wool, she now reclined all her wool and half her butter exports to meet that obligation.
