Mrs. Kenneth Gordon gave a series of sketches from Dickens, which were thoroughly enjoyed. These included extracts from " Great hxpectations and "The Pickwick Papers." The mnsieal programme included a delightfn] group of songs hv Mrs. l)o Herg and instrumental trios by Miss If. Cooke (volin), Airs. Waygood (piano) and Mrs. Bollard ('cello). The accompaniments wero played by Mrs. Hurle.
