SIR HARRY BARCLAY t (Received July 26, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. July 25 The death has occurred of Sir Harry Barclay. The late Sir Harry John Barclay was honorary secretary of the Amateur Athletic Association. ]!)]/)-.']!, and treasurer of the Royal Life-saving Society. Ho represented the governing bodies of athletes, swimming, gymnastics and litigby football at the Olympic Games and was a lifo member of the Olympic Association. He had been president of numerous athletic, football and swimming bodies. He was born 011 May 22. 1861. He was created a' knight in !!).')().
