ST. AIDAN'S BEATS ALFRISTON An inter-club match played between the St. Aidan's and Alfriston Badminton Clubs resulted in a win for the former by 11 games to one. Following are the results. Men's doubles: Ovens and Goulding beat Plant nnd Tomkins, 21—11; Lord and Armstrong beat Moody and Coppins, 21—2; Ovens nnd Goulding beat Moody nnd Coppins, 21—3; Lord and Armstrong lost to Plant and Tomkins. 19—21. Combined doubles: Miss Hopkins nnd Ovens beat Mrs. Muir and Plant, 21—9; Miss Smith nnd Goulding beat ills. Moody and Coppins, 21 —13; Miss Ryder and Lord beat Mrs. Kimpton and Tomkins, 21—13; Miss Jnneß and Armstrong beat Miss Nicholas and Moody, 21—1.
