TROOPS WITHDRAWN
REDEL CHINESE GENERAL PEKING, July 23 . The troops of General Feng Yu-hsiang, who was making an unofficial bid to recapture Jehol from Manchlikuo, havo withdrawn from Dolonor, which was captured. Ihe Japanese are awaiting the outcome or events before advancing. Soviet officials here deny reports tlidt Feng is receiving Russian support.
