RACECOURSE TRESPASS
PENALTY OF £5 IMPOSED [FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT] HAMILTON, Monday , A fine of £5 was imposed on Wallace Robert, Boyd by Mr. S. L. Paterson. S.M., in the Hamilton' Police Court to-day for trespassing on tho Claudelands trotting course on July I. Defendant did not appear. Detective White said that defendant was seen on tho course during the Waikato Trotting Club's meeting, and was warned off. Ho left tho grounds, but later in the day was seen on the course again hiding among the motorcars. Witness said that defendant was a person excluded from racecourses. Mo liad been disqualified by tho Now Zealand Trotting Conference in Aumist. 1!>32, for five years, for corrupt practices.
