COMPREHENSIVE SURVEY BRITISH EXPEDITION COLOMBO, July 16 Sir Douglas Mawson, tlio Australian scientist and explorer, stated tliafc a comprehensive oceanographic survey of tho out iro Indian Ocean would be undertaken in September. A scientific wonder ship, the Mahabis, under command of Captain Mackenzie, would arrive at Colombo in September to pick up the director of tho Calcutta Museum, who would bo in charge of operations for one year.
