TOWER TO BE ERECTED A Hamilton architect was asked two and a-half years ago if ho would draw a plan of a clock tower for Cambridge, his birthplace. He agreed and submitted a plan. The matter was completely forgotten by tho architect until a few days ago, when he was advised that his plan had been approved and that the people of Cambridgo had decided to build a tower to take tho place of the ono removed from tho post office.
