DEFEAT OF WALLABIES AUSTRALIAN CAPTAIN ILL (Received July 2. 5.5 p.m.) CAPETOWN. July 1 A Rugby Union team representing the Western Province to-day beat the Wallabies by 13 points to 9. Dr. Ross, the Australian captain, is suffering from appendicitis. His doctors have not decided whether to operate.
