REPORTS IN JAPAN TERRITORY IN FAR EAST (Received July 2, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, July 3 The Moscow correspondent of the Manchester Guardian says there is considerable agitation over suggestions in the .Japanese press that the Soviet might sell not only the Chinese Eastern Railway, but also Vladivostok and the maritime province of Sakhalin. The Izvestia declares that the Soviet's territory is not for sale. It suggests veiled pressure in an effort to secure a lower price for the Chineso Eastern Railway.
