AOTEAROA SHARES The secretary of th 9 Aotearoa Gold, Prospecting Company, of has written to the Auckland Stock Exchange explaining that none of its shares carry any rights in BellHooper, Cromwell, Gold, Limited, and the company is in no way connected with Bell-Kilgour Company. The posi-. tion is that the Aotearoa Company promoted the Bell-Hooper, Cromwell, Gold, Limited, and holds 80,000 fully paid-up shares of Is each. . These byv agreement aro not transferable until. October 7. The secretary of the company states that after October 7 these Bell-Hooper shares will probably bo distributed to holders of Aotearoa shares.
